Healthy Living 101 is for anyone who is ready to learn about healthy living and the natural lifestyle. This is a self-paced online course to help you rejuvenate, revitalize, detox, and make long-term changes to reach your healthy living goals. It is entirely self-paced and will include webinars, articles, menu plans, one-on-one consultations, and more.
The course covers several different topics:
- Dietary changes to reach your health goals (healthy meal plans and recipes, budgeting for nourishing food, herbal/natural medicine, gentle detox, best vitamins, info on dairy, sugar, and gluten, how and why to avoid pesticides/GMOs, etc.)
- Detoxing your household (kitchen makeover, how and why to avoid household toxins, recipes for homemade cleaning products, essential oil info, etc.)
- Detoxing your body (how and why to avoid body-product toxins, homemade body product recipes, essential oil info, etc.)
- Easy exercise programs
